a road mirage is a phenomenon in which a pool of water

that appears in the distance disappears as you get closer,

and reappears even farther away. as one type of mirage ,

it can be seen on a hot day when roads are heated.

逃げ水は道路の先に見える水たまりが近づくと消え、

さらに遠くに移って行く現象です。

蜃気楼の一種で、暑い日に道路が熱せられた時に見られます。
